This service's focus is connecting you to your neighborhood and restoring your independence. Knowing how to get around your neighborhood helps diminish feelings of isolation, fear, and loneliness.
This service is designed to help you learn how to function with confidence in your new surroundings. Because there are often very few signs in English, lack of Japanese language can make eating at neighborhood restaurants or shopping at your local convenient store extremely difficult, if not all together impossible. This service includes a survival Japanese lesson custom created for you and your neighborhood, which helps to maximize your ability to feel at home.
Rates:
Half day 3 to 4 hours 30,000 JPY
Full day 6 to 8 hours 60,000 JPY
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice for non-emergencies are billed at the full rate.
We require payment on or before the day of your appointment.
We accept payment via bank transfer, by PayPal, or in cash.
